Set "post count minimum" before sending PM

Is it possible to set a minimum "post count requirement" before members can send a PM?

So for example, a member would need 15 posts before he could send a PM to another member.

Recently people have been signing up on my forum and spamming their site to my members, and i want to reduce this from happening.

Sure, you can easily do this with group promotions.

First go into your Usergroup Manager and disable the Private Message Permissions for the 'Registered Users' group. You can do this by setting the Maximum Recipients to Send PMs at a time: to 0

Setup a new usergroup that they will be moved into after they get their 15 posts, for example: PM Enabled

Now go to Usergroups > Promotions > Add New Promotion and set it up accordingly.

Absolutely no reason to feel that way. It's all new until you learn the system a little bit :)
