I bought vBulletin. I paid the price, but in vbulletin.org forums, I didnt surf.
Error message,

who opens my account? or who gives my access?

Did you register with the smae e-mail you did at vB.com with the account with the license?

you need to login into an official vbulletin site membersarea www.vbulletin.com for most of us and there you must register the same email as you used when you payed for your licence.The activation here can take upto an hour you need to click here (you need your vbulletin customer number and password to access that site

You are showing up as licensed.
