Reputation question
Hey all,
I have a quesiton regarding reputation. I've recently upgraded to 3.5.2 and love it. Everything is great, forum is growing a lot. I enabled reputation and i see the green bars by the users, and now their post counts. Now as i understand reptuation is based on others using a "Scale" to give reputation. I've read the FAQ and it says it should appear in the upper right of a post... Well im afraid i might've accidentally removed this while updating styles/customizing my forums design. Can someone point me or screen shot me what this thing looks like? I can't seem to find it and other forums i use dont use reptuation, or dont use VB itself. Even perhaps what style / template this thing is located in? I searched my postbit, nothing seems to be in there. Any help for how i can get this going i'd greatly appreciate it, a few of my users desrve high reputation for just their post counts in general because each post is genuinely great. Thanks for the help anyone can give! |

If you're talking about how to give the rep points, then look for a little scale icon somewhere in the postbit. The style you're using might of removed it .. here's the way it is on 2 different vBB forums (with a vert and hoz postbit)
Oh, as for giving someone a higher rep, once the feature is enabled, you can raise their values indivually, in each persons profile. If you update the counter however, it will be reset. |
Thanks I appreciate it
