Member's ebay linked in profile W/ image
 

This simple template mod is what I came up with to allow members to add their ebay links to profiles. No it's not much and nothing really original just thought I might save another novice a little time.

• Create new profile Field

• Make Template Change

• Upload mybay.gif to directory forums/images/misc/

The instructions and image are attached.

If anyone would like to add anymore to this please feel free to do so, let me know and I will update this first post with any changes.

Is there a way to include my affiliate code into each instance where some adds their ebay link?

I have added a transparent My eBay gif for you as well :)

You should be able to add the link with your code to your own profile, if you are talking globaly your code with all eBay links, I wouldn't know anything about that but a good idea.

I have changed it a tad and done it so that all the user has to do
is add thier ebay name to the profile box and when the image is click
it takes the user straight to the members feedback :)

Global is what I meant...

Kind of like Geek's Amazon hack. It detected if anyone posted an Amazon link, and then the system automatically added your affiliate code.
