turn download directory into vb page

Is there a way for me to turn a directory like this http://www.westernavenue.net/media/audio/ into a vb page?

I'd like to force people to register for a vb account before they are about to download any files from there. I'd also like the people who are looking at the media to be shown in the "who's online" section.

What's the best way for doing this?
