I was going to sign up for ASO hosting today so I can take my board off crappy Globat but then:

Yes it is. What is also typical is today Globat sucked SO bad that my site wouldn't even load for 5-10 minute periods sporadically throughout the day. :(

Why don't you considering purchasing from a host like A Small Orange, they offer cheap hosting from $5 per month.

I've seen worse from my host than 5-10 min periods...
I've even seen half an hour or more...even 1 hour...
Servage SUCKS. :(

As of 30 minutes ago, my site has been moved to ASO. After 4 days of having Ho-bat dork around with getting my database backed up, they finally did it. After 36 minutes, ASO got the DB restored. Winner? ASO. Yaaay!
