random pictures from gallery to indexpage

Hi!

I have upgraded my forum from vBulletin 3.0.8 to 3.5.3. I also upgraded the gallery. Now I have one problem! If you open my forum-index:
www.bull-mastiff.de/forum you should see 3 pictures from the gallery. But you just can see a white stripe with the text "Gallery images". The pictures are missing! What is the mistake? Could you help me, please?
