Oi vay - my head is spinning from reading all the posts and not-so-subtle opinions on blogging software add-ons / interfaces with VB.

I recently purchased a company that had rolled it own message boards and they did a decent job, but I'm going to replace that with VB and photopost (which I have installed on at least 5 servers in the past few years).

I intend to allow forum members to create their own blogs also, but an just not sure which direction to go...

there's a hack add-on developed here and there are two systems that advertise they interface with VB.

1) Has anyone here actually added blogging onto their vb site?
2) are your members confused as to the difference between the two systems?
3) does your blogging software allow photos to be posted inside the blog?
4) how good are the editing tools to create blog entry?
5) does your blogging software interface well with VB in terms of login, etc and have any of you updated the postbit to show an icon in the bottom of the post to show if the member has his/her own blog going?

just a few questions I am asking myself..
