all permissions denied

nobody can login to the forum

and the admin panel looks like

Quote:

Warning: array_keys(): The first argument should be an array in /includes/adminfunctions_navpanel.php on line 147

Warning: implode(): Bad arguments. in /includes/adminfunctions_navpanel.php on line 147
on the left
and I cannot get anything

oops. .
sorry
I forgot to add this(that is the screenname for the board)
this is mine
let me explain

vbulletin_3-5-0

I installed the arcade(v3 Arcade 1.0.0 Final)
the arcade permissions where all messed up
and I could find where
I searched in this and the arcade forum
and found nothing so I figured I would do it later
I reverted all the templates
and tried to uninstall te arcade
it said it wasnt there to uninstall

then nobody could access the forum (see quote below)
Quote:

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I logged back into the admincp and on the left side where the
menu is I got the errors in the first post.
I dont quite understand what they mean
I backed up the said files
and reuploaded them
nothing
then I backed up the entire admin folder
and reupload them
again, nothing

I cannot fix the above login error(even if I knew how) without being able to acess the admin cp

sorry for the "bump"
but I figured more info was needed

if anyone could assist me
again,
thank you

Try removing all cpnav*.xml files from the includes/xml directory, except the cpnav-vbulletin.xml.

jarcher 12-07-2005 06:38 PM

now I feel real dumb
I re uploaded them

thanks
