Hack For Specific Language Keyboard

I wonder is it okie to release a hack that allow viet vb owner to have their member being to type in vietnamese, on vb.org? Or I have to go somewhere and share it with other viet folks?

i believe another member here opened a vietnamese board not long ago, but it's not an official vBulletin site. www.vbviet.org

and only english is allowed here..doesnt have to be perfect english, just atleast understandable.
