Change Username of a person who made a thread?

Hey,

Yeah, i am wondering if it is possible to change the username of someone who creates a thread, as i have deleted a former administrator and all the rules had been made by him, hence i don't want to re post them myself, i'd just like to change his username to mine! if thats possible.
