answers - pay per thread
 
I would like to bring for users oportunity to earn some money for their tutorials.
This is something like google answers.

Is there a way to set up subscription - pay per thread - that will count down prepaid budget?

Or can you recommend other sofware that is able to accomplish this?

You can use uCash system, then the users can redeem uCash for real money. ;)
