Site wide who is online stats

Hello everyone,

My forum like most peoples resides within my site under its own link "ie forum".

The forum has stats at the bottom which shows who is currently online whether they are guests or registered users.

Is it possible to have guests that are on a non forum page to also be listed here.

For example, some one is reading my home page yet they appear as a guest on the forum stats.
