How to change banner/skins

Hey guyz, I only just bought vBulletin 3.5 today, and i've got a banner I would like to use than the defult vBulletin one up the top, how can I replace it.

Secondly, how can I import skins into my message board, is there some kind of skin selector?

As far as skins go, you can purchase them or upload free ones

I know here on this site there are some skins available, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=161
and other places like
www.vbskinworks.com (where I got mine)
