Screen Names with Apostrophes not working - HELP!
 
We had to move hosting and in doing so, a few things got messed up. For instance, anyone with an apostrophe in their name no longer exists. A member tries to buy them a gift or change their title and it says user does not exist.

Please help. This is all new to me. I am still learning.

I am pulling out my hair.

& works for titles but not gifts
' works for gifts and not titles

Right now everyone is changing their screen names, but that is not the answer. They were working befor we moved hosts. Help please. Anyone?
