Custom page with dynamic contents

I have added a custom page and displaying a static text in a template was easy enough.

But what I really want is display information from the database.

I have added a custom userprofile field which is a multiple-checkbox field.

I want to build a matrix that looks like the attached screenshot.

How do I do this?

And what is your question?

PS Why not continue in your other thread?

The other thread was a request for someone else to build this. I decided to try it myself.

And my question is: how do I do this?

How do I list all users and for each user list the selected options in the custom field and present it all in a table?

I suggest you start by looking in our vB3.5 Modification Tutorials

Then have a look at some other hacks how they are made.

Can You suggest some hacks where similar techniques are used?

I would really appreciate some help.

I have looked at the suggested links and I have looked at how the memberlist.php is build and I used this as a basis since it had a lot of what I want to do. I have stripped off all searching (I think) and got it alomost to the point I want it.

But I still miss the most important thing. In the screenshot the field "Primary Responsibilities" have the values that is to be distributed across collumns. Each user can have multiple responsibilities. The collumn headings should list all the possible values as listed in the custom profile field and then the collumn for each user should have an x or something to illustrate that the user have this responsibility. It is this part I am stuck with.
