Allow Admins to post using HTML

It would be wonderful if someone could come up with a way that would allow admins to use HTML in their posts. Right now this is a forum permission, I guess to make it (as in the non-existing hack) more broadly applicable it would have to be a hack that adds the ability to post using HTML to usergroups.

And you should dig up the plugin that does just this.
