Include an HTML page

I have searched a bit but have not found a solution yet.
I know this can be done with vBaCMPS but I rather not install the whole package for only 2 pages that i need.

I was looking for a way to basicly wrap the vB header, navbar, footer around an HTML file. I used to use Erwins hack on v3.0.x but I have not seen anything yet that can do this for v3.5.x.

Any ideas or help?
