Problems getting the portal to work on 3.5.0

I can't post on the VBAdvanced site due to it being under maintanance.

so here's my problem

I did all the file changes, ran the install program, but get this when accessing the index file

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/uoboards/public_html/forum/includes/vba_cmps_include_top.php on line 61

any help is appreciated!

you probably still missed a step. What type of system are you running this on? also what version of vbulletin vs vba cmp are you trying to run together ? 3.0.7 version of cmps will not run on vb3.5.1 version of vbulletin. when their site is backup you need to download the correct version if that is your issue.
