i have tacken a backup prom database of forum
and i want to restore it.

How did you made the backup?

Do you have SSH/Telnet access to your server?

Does your server come with a Control Panel, if yes, which (cPanel/Plesk/....).

Using mysqldump from a SSH/Telnet prompt.
