Function-provided view of contributions?

Is there a view of the community contributions based on function provided vs its technical implementation?

For when someone wants to find everything related to a certain type of function, regardless of how it's implemented technically?

Ex:

instead of the current organization by:

vB3.5 Template Modifications

vB3.5 Extensions

etc...
