I suggest that the text is changed. It's not fair for the female coders to say "X has updated his hack". It should say "X has updated his/her hack".

there's hardly any female coders here..maybe 3 or 4 active ones, compaired to like 100's of male ones..And to boot, its only in one place..sheesh..

Oh, and how do you know that there are only 3-4? As far as I'm concerned there is no gender profile field... :rolleyes:

names are a flat give-away..males dont get names like amykhar, Rose, etc...lol.

Anyway, you can't say there are only 3 or 4 because I can think of at least '3 or 4' people on here who simply haven't reveleaded their gender yet and are quite active in releasing code.

... and some of them purposely don't give their real names so they aren't hounded.

O.K. That's the last straw. I will not code another line until that is changed. In fact, I may file a gender discrimination suit. I feel so unappreciated. ;)

and 3 or 4 was an exageration..it was just a comparison..out of 100 coders, 3 or 4 will be female... :ermm:

I didnt say it wasnt fair, nor did I say it was..its only in one spot on this whole board..and from what I found, its in the update email..no big deal..im no womens rights activist, but its getting a tad-overboard.
