RSS Enchanced variable Feed module request

Can someone program a RSS FEED in the CMS Advanced where when a user registers, it will take their zip code value and plug it into a yahoo RSS FEED so it'll spit out each individual local events/restaurants into a forum in the CMS homepage for that user.

If anyone can do this for free then it will be great, if not, i can pay to have this done, email me at "techrock@sbcglobal.net" for module quotation for v3.5.0+
