A news box basically, maybe 2 or 3 lines high that sits under the main navigation box. Randomly displays ordinary text from a list of quotes entered via the AdminCP.

I just KNOW there's going to be something that does this already, could someone point me to it please I couldn't find it. I did find a news box but it didn't do the random text thing, an Announcements feature is no good.
