Internal pages
 

is there a way in vB to make internal pages, i have seen it in a couple of other vB forums but was not sure if its a general way of doing it or is it a mod/hack that lets you do it

If you mean custom content pages, yes, there are hacks that allow this. VBA CMPS is a particularly wonderful hack that allows you to add and edit your own custom content, adds a portal page, and several very useful features to make your site more content-based.
