Column with mouse over links

I want to add a Column with mouse over links.
Can someone point me in the right direction.

If you are familiar with foxsports.com and see how they use the mouseover dropdowns for links then you know what I am looking for.
I just want to have it on a column on the right.

Does anyone have anything I could copy and just edit to fit my links?
