Disable all styles to be choosen by a user help!!

How do I make the styles that I added all disabled expect for one. I want the user not to have a choice too choose the style and have it default as steel blue. I went and checked Allow User Selection to NO and I still see a navbar at the bottom with all the styles.

Make sure that when you are in the Style Manager, all except the one you want avalible are unchecked.
