Allow usergroup to use HTML in sigs (off elsewhere)

I've been through the new vB Postbit factory a few times... I'm trying to figure out how to allow a certain usergroup to avoid getting the HTML stripped (its not on in the rest of the site) but I can't find specifically where one would do that.

I don't need exact instructions, a point in the right direction would help immensely.
