Profile picture limit

I've got vbulletin 3.5.1 and would like something to limit the size of profile pictures that the users upload. I have a user with a 458x312 and 25411 byte profile pic when I have the limits set to 150x150 and 65535 bytes. Or is there some other way to get them resized automatically or show them an error is the image itself is too big. Someone help please? Thanks in advance

I need help with this also - limit set but still huge profile pics ruining the membe rlist page.
