Email on account activation
 

Not sure if this has already been done, if it has I couldn't find it.

Basically with the default vb you've got the email on new user registration. I'd ideally like a seperate email to be sent when they activate their accounts and are moved into the registered users usergroup.

Any way of doing this?

This is a standard function:
AdminCP->vBulletin Option->User Registration Options->Send Welcome Email: Yes

Sorry, wasn't clear at all with that post. I was referring to the one that you can get sent to a certain email in the administration section. There is an email sending on registration for that but not on activation.

Never saw a hack for that.
