Check payment start and end times
 
You guys know how the vbulletin's paypal system has "Start time" of the online subscription and the "End time" of the online subscription which starts and ends a member's subscription automatically?

Say if someone sends me a check to my physical address because he or she does not have a credit card...

Can someone please write a plugin or an extension (no code modifications please) to set a "start time" and "end time" MANUALLY by the administrator to the member who sends a check?
