User Defined for Datestamp Display Option

Hi.

I have some users that doesn't like the way I display times and dates on my forum.

What I like is a modification that lets the user select the display option they like, between Normal / Yesterday-Today / Detailed...

I couldn't find this hack so I'm making a request.
