Search fails with memory size error
 

Hello,

On some occasions the search fails.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 165852 bytes) in /www/vbulletin.org/htdocs/forum/search.php on line 980

This is probably the result of to many results.

To reproduce the error enter

user page

and hit search.

Hope this helps.

This is a known limitation of vBulletins own search function.

Couldn't we trap the error?

It will certainly look cleaner.
