A bit of drama today on the web between somethingawful and ebaumsworld.

5) eBaum ignores these threads and still does not remove the stolen content.6) eBaum contacts our ISP claiming we are instructing our users to attack their site.
7) We specifically tell our users NOT to attack their site, even though our content is still not removed.
8) eBaum puts malicious javascript on their site to attack us.
9) Content still not removed.

Cant seem to find a side of the story from ebaums but from looking at the comments forum the inline mderation of vb3.5 came in handy ;)

Anyone know what hardware ebaums running?

At the end of the day i dont think anybody "won" and both sites collapsed at some time during the attacks.

Is that ebaumsworld site some kind of fake site, no offence but all I see is a very few select names posting on that whole page you posted a link too.

Anybody would think the same person created about 4 usernames and filled a page full of fake threads from what I can see there.

Nope not a fake site, i thought everyone on the net had heard of ebaums, guess im wrong :)

My mistake, I was looking at the review page or something then clicked the forum board link and saw just how huge the site is.
