Hide Group Memberships from Profile

Hi,

I'd like to have my profile page look like the one here at vb.org where the group memberships box doesn't exsist in profiles. I don't use user groups so I'd rather not have it always say "XXX is not a member of any public groups" in every profile.

I'm using 3.5.1. Thanks for any help!
