Display Thread in Multiple Forums
 

Our forum often has topics which are relevant for several different sections. What we'd like to see is a mod which would allow for a single thread to be posted so as to appear in more than one forum. Not several different copies of one thread, just with the same opening post, but rather the exact same thread, with anyone clicking on the thread in any of the forums it's shown as active in being directed to the same thread.

Move with redirect from Forum 1 to Forum 2, move with Redirect from Forum 2 to Forum 3 ...

Then you got the Threads in Forums 1-X

Yes, but that's rather a clumsy way to do it, and actually situates the thread in one forum, rather than allowing it to exist simultaneously in multiple forums.
