I didn't they could log out if they were banned... nice hack though.

Does this work even if they do not have "auto login" enabled? Could you "force" banned members to be auto logged in each visit, while letting everyone else choose to or not?

No, if they don't have Auto Login enabled, this will not work, because no Auto Login technically equals to the clearing of the cookie.

oh, and mine uses vbulletin permissions, whereas for his hack u need to enter usergroup manually xDDDDDD

What a waste, all I have to do is clear my cookie and I'm on the site and can log in again.

And if they ban my IP, I simply change it and clear the cookie. Can't stop a user that way.

That's a stupid question. It was done for vB 3.0.x series and nobody ported it. Since someone asked about this in "Modification Requests", I did it. Regards..

The text file is for those that have to re-install the hack after an upgrade. We ask everyone to make one for their hack.

The link in the thread here shows a 3.5 version, doesn't it? That's whay I asked. Lighten up.

It is still a stupid question because being a coder as you are you should figure out that this hack needs no "upgrade txt" because after an upgrade from 3.0.x to 3.5.x you have all the fresh files, so you just install this hack w/out no upgrades....

Edit: Did you just make up the whole "upgrade txt" thing? It doesn't make a lot of sense for ports...
