Possible bug with registration dates
 

Up until today, my registration date has always been 31st December 2001 - For some reason it is now showing up as 1st January 2002?:ermm:

Nothing major or anything but I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that yesterday:confused:

Your join date in your profile shows up as December 31, 2001.

chris, the date may change when the DST is detected wrongly... when you update next time it will be fixed again...

maybe they changed the server date for a moment, during their tests... all the dates changes that way...

I'm not crazy, honest!:p

@nexialys - That's possible, it just seems weird that it has altered is all - The time appears to be correct and I changed nothing, so it's either the server or one of the hamsters gnawed through another cable...

@Boofoon... you don't have the same GMT than Chris M, that's why the dates are not the same...

and Chris M, if you registered late at night, round midnight, it may change from where you have your GMT set... if you're registered at noon, it's more complicated.. lol

I see the same as the newest addition to the slave ranks, Jan 2002.
Im set at GMT+1 (+2 with DST), if anyone cares.

like did your wife give birth or something so u remember u where registering at the same time? :p

Heh - No, I know my curfew for internet back then (as were on dreaded dialup) was 9:30pm ;)

i know i would feel something powerful come curfew time :surprised:

I was 16 and had proven to my parents that I was unable to control my online time :D

As I have yet again, but let's see them try a curfew now ;)

I see Join Date: 12-31-2001. Because I'm on eastern time. So you signed up on 12-31-2001 to me, but other time zones it was 1-1-2002.

It has always been 31-12-2001 in my timezone up until the day that I posted this...

So either someone altered the server or something is seriously wrong :p

where the server is located, the DST is not the same time as you...

in the US its larger than in Canada, and we're friends... imagine.. lol
