Well I knew it was bound to happen eventually, all the content got ripped from my site and put on a Pirated vBulletin ( which I have reported, ofcourse :) ) and he changed the skin and tried to make it his, but he still has all that stuff entitles "Keyhunt" on his page..I am going to list the sites below just to show comparison and ask for suggestions about how I can take care of this matter, if this is against the rules please say so and I will remove all links :).

I believe he also stole that skin, it is very nice but it is stole. So, how can I get this guy shutdown? Contact host I suppoed would be the best thing to do correct?

No, but I took a good guess :P..plus I do not see a vB copyright anywhere..maybe ha paid the branding fee 0_o rofl.

Check the bottom left corner - Although it probably does not conform to the licence agreement on how the Copyright is displayed it does make an attempt to do so ;)

Yea but doesnt it have to have full vBulletin copyright for it to be legal such as

vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2004, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.

Nullified does not necessarily mean pirate ;)

Technically curt, it should be 2000 - 2005 ;)

And if you read my post, I said it probably doesn't conform - Jelsoft themselves are the only people truly capable of saying yes or no to the attempt and the copyright notice there ;)

What?! That's exactly what it means, Chris. It is an illegal copy of vBulletin that someone has nullified so it won't call home.

Well considering I pulled the vB copyright from about 3 in below this post box on vb.org I would say "Update it to 2005 vb.org xD". And yes, CAT team is a very well know "nullifier"

Its not the fact that you forum isnt about "stealing fish" lol, I am saying anyones board can get pirated..and the fact that someone who doesnt know me at all, or my forum ( hopefully ) is just spamming the thread where I asked for help about how he views my forum as illegal..if you think my forum is illegal/should be shutdown/is wrong/whatever else you can think of..please send me a fax to someone other than me in quadruplicate form, but please dont spam my "help" thread. Thats all I have to say about that ( as forest gump says lol )

not to intrude on booby and corrie's fantasy land here, but after reviewing both sites, i dont see anything that would constitute you saying your site was ripped? if it was ripped, im sure they'd have all your forums, subforums, hacks/mods, etc., etc...

Just because your domain is keyhunt.com doesnt make your site the only "key hunting" forum in the world :)
