oh one question, is says to upload images folder to forum/images/bo20 but there isnt any image folder. IT be great to upload it again.

in your forums main directory there is a directory called 'images' all u need to do is upload the bo20 directory there ;)

A dotted triangle?

lol... what's the world coming to when someone complains about another style containing their "dotted triangle"? But this is the best RC2 style I've seen as far.

Well I for one can confirm Griffin has had that style up for vb on Blue-Pearl for quite a long time before releasing it here, so it's unlikely he's been stealing images :) plus there's the fact, he's so bloody good at designing his own.

the triangles r not even the same and even if they were the chances of people design that misc graphic simliar is pretty high, so get off your high horse, and i dont steal other peoples graphics and designs and dont like to be accused.
I have designed several designs for VB and phpBB and never once have i heard crap like this.

Your making yourself look like an idiot.

It's sort of hard to escape triangles and plus/minus signs for that graphic.

Look, if you feel you have carte-blanche to take other peoples work and pass it off as your own fine... i don't think it was intentional in this instance, it's really not a big deal concidering it's just a small graphic, but i just wanted to point this out, the "collapse_thead.gif" you have used there is extreamly similar to one which was posted with my hardwired skin, (highest downloaded skin at vbtemplates) it's been floating around the web for a while now and i'm sure parts of my skin have been used for various other graphical works/skins... kinda flattering really...

I'm not having a go... but please do tell us all how you designed that graphic? just to put the critic/cynic in me at rest.

I know how i did it... if you did the same then great minds think alike don't you agree? - you have a good skin there, don't shoot yourself in the foot by ranting, there's no need to get angry about this.

EDIT : just outta curiosity is this yours? - very nice! - where did you get the smiles etc ? and the collapse graphix for that? smiley colours look like my hardwired skin (see attached) very similar...you must be reading my mind dude!.

u want to know how to design the same image?
Were not talking a complex graphic here dude, its a 12x12 GIF file with dots in it. Anybody with photoshop can design that graphic in 1-2minutes, if u check all my style releases i have been using the same graphic on all my releases for over 1 year now in differents color and borders.

As for the smiles they were never released in that theme, if u care to download it ;) the file contains gold icons.

The icons in the screenshot were going to be used in my latest template USFTECH.
http://www.usftechgaming.com/community/ which matchs the color of my templete which i have been working on for months. But if they r exactly the same as yours used in your template i will now be searching for news one, as i dont want to be called a ripper for them also.

I have the same animated smiles in 5 different colors which were downloaded from phpBB.com, your proberly best to chase this up with them, if u designed them yourself.

I take alot of pride in releasing free templates for both the VB community and the phpBB community and all the work in my templates r designed 100% by me, with the exception of smiles, icons etc. I sometimes color overlay them but that is the furthest i will go as smiles r not my thing.

Anyways like i said goto www.phpbb.com and follow up with them about your smiles.

before all the +++++in about whos image this is, who wotevert hat is, can i just ask if anyones found a small bug on this style?

when u are in the style, and u click on style chooser, mine doesnt go to any of the other styles, and shows a warning, error on page yellow traingle bottom left of window...
anyone else?

I had this same problem with my board and local test forum when i upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.5, i just presumed it was a bug in VB because i heard somewhere the VB developers have to rewrite some javascript.

I could be wrong, and this could be a error on my behalf when upgrading VB which has been inherited into my theme.

Anyone knows the answer please let me know

Griffen80 is indeed a great designer, we have PM'd each other about this (something i really should have done first) and cleared this all up, i thank him for his replies & candour and hope to see other fine works of his in the future! - I've got a style to finish tonight and i'm sure he knows late nights and endless coffees are needed to help finish everything off and the last thing you need is an un-harmonious discord between style gurus!

only fixed version (like on http://www.bluepearl-design.com)?
and 2nd if there also pdf files of grafix included (may editing buttons cause other language etc..)?

Tanyer the theme looks exactly like the one used at Bluepearl Design, i will find the buttons and make them available in the next 12 hours.

If u download bo20 for VB 3.0 is package already has the button templates, dunno why i left them out of this release lol will update soon

I made it 100% width but the thread list is still not showing up as 100% width. Is there something else I need to change too?

I changed the header width and I changed the width too 100% in the style options.

Have your tried editing the width of the main table in the thread template?
