Move/duplicate thread tools bar
 

A quick suggestion to help the useability here in the modification/releases forums:

Move or duplicate the thread tools bar (see attached image) to above the "first post" so that it is easier/more intuitive to access.

Technically, it IS above the first post. ;)

The only time it isn't above the first post is in modification/hack threads because of the special post layout.

I'm confused... that's what I said in the suggestion in the first place. And because of the special layout, that's the issue and the reason for the suggestion!

I think it's easier to code for it being on the first normal-looking postbit table rather than on top of the hack postbit. I don't mind really...

It was on top but another request made me move it lower. :) Now there's a request to move it back.

I don't mind where it is. :) Anyway, I suspect the interface will look different when we upgrade to 3.5.

It's not like the bar is regularly used by any members anyway. More for mods/admins.

I think it should have stayed at the top - less confusing.
eg. It doesn't follow the flow of the rest of the site - options above all posts.
