the lettering actually looks pretty good- it is hard to make lettering look perfect and straight because once a muscle moves the lettering is out of alignment.

Ah but if he is using div tags that implies > HTML 4.0 or even Transitional XHTML 1.0, therefore without a doctype if you ran his back through the w3c's HTML validator it would return a "No doctype" error ;)
