Sovereign tests, APPROVE, it works, no bugs! Install! Adds something that is in IPB that I wanted in vB...(no BB wars, just a comment!)

Essentially, it allows you to add a "Recycle Bin" forum, and through the "Thread Tools" dropdown menu, move that thread directly to it, without having to select the forum from the "Move/Copy Thread" screen :)

It seems like i did averything the installation asked for after I double checked with the instructions, but yet I still keep on getting an "Invalid Action Specified" when I try to put the code to action..

Any ideas?

Works well in the showthread, but until it works with the inline mod as well, I cannot use it, I would love to see this work with all forms of deletes possible within the new 3.5 framework.

Great job on the system though for it's intended purposes from within the showthreads template, works like a champ there!

A better description for everyone:

This will allow you to have your moderators move posts they want to "delete" into the recycling bin rather than deleting it totally. this is so if you need to reference it later you can go take a look, and so you dont have mods abusing powers and deleting anything they want.

that is how it works in IPB, havnt installed this yet so I am not sure if it's the same. i'll try it and find out though ;)

Hmm.. I'm still getting the same error above and I can't get the new phrase "move_recycle" to show up, only the radio button shows up for some reason. I also tried rebuilding the language which is was under and nothing.

Any ideas?

Liz, you need to go to

1. your admincp,
2. collapse the "Languages & Phrases" menu,
3. click on "phrase manager",
4. after that page loads, look at the bottom, there should be 3 buttons, click on the one that says "Add New Phrase".
5. Fill the form and mention on the steps you pasted above.
6. Repeat step 4, 6 until you added all 3 new phrases.

May anyone confirm this working on beta 2?

I want to have two recycle bins (eg; for posts made in a special forum and for posts made on the rest of the forums).

Im Running VB 3.0.7 and in having troubble running the XML file as i dont think my version has pluging features so is there any other way to install the XML file?

vB 3.5 hacks will NOT work on any 3.0.x board.
