You need to ensure that the email address you have listed in your profile matches the one listed in your members area at vbulletin.com.

If it is the same, make sure there are no hidden spaces at the end.

Then please read back the solutions presented in this thread if you have a valid vBulletin license. You are currently also showing up as unlicensed.
