Live 8 is on both MTV and VH1 all today i think...
funny thing is their not raising money but awarness. some sort of irony to fight poverty with no money...

That is because the amount of money needed to be even a small start, would be much more then ever would be raised. And a lot of the poverty is caused by politics, and won't be solved by just putting a bag of money on the table.
