Not Activated
 

Hello. I've been registered on here since January, 2005 and had a VBulletin license since October, 2004. Both my email address here and in the VBulletin member area are the same and correct. Yet I cannot view attachments or download anything. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.

If they are both exactly the same, you will need to fill in a support ticket at vbulletin.com.

The team here aren't able to do anything to help, it is entirely in the hands of the people at vbulletin.com.

Viewing attachments and downloading works on vbulletin.org so the problem is here and not at vbulletin.com.

Still not activated.

Looks like I am activated after all. But what I'm getting is the clear.gif that others are getting - sorry about my error, I thought it was a blank page. Also when logged in, attachment thumbnails are not displayed but are displayed when logged out.

i fill my mail in member arne but it don't send mail active

You are now showing up as licensed, all should be well.

I clicked where it said to click and entered my license name and pass, got to the member area, but I still see I am listed as not a licensed member. Any help for me? Thanks in advance.

Did you add your e-mail address to the Member Priority Support area?

My email was already listed as owner but I just went ahead and listed it as contact 1. Maybe that will do the trick?
