add a few <br /> after the forum description in the correct templates.

sigh......if it was that easy id've done it, what template do i put it in?? level1_no post?? Ive tried putting br's everywhere, and it doesnt work

Dan 09-30-2004 08:56 PM

I think its level_2_post that those are in.

tried there too, its not there

Ok.

It's crude but it works.

After your description for each forum in the forum manager (Edit forums place) add 2x <br /> this just leaves a couple of line breaks free in that section.

lol i was thinking that, well if its good enough for peterska2, then its good enough for me :D

(ur right that is cheep lol)

dam i just remembered, this wont work for me, because some of the description are 1 line and some are 2, so itll make some rows taller than others which i dont want.....

(plz dont tell me i have to make all my descriptions 1 line lol)

peterska2 10-07-2004 07:22 AM

easy.... put 3 x <br /> in the ones that are only 1 line :)

MindTrix 10-07-2004 08:03 PM

have you tried puttin the code at the end of the forum descriptions ;)

It makes the boxes a bit taller sometimes but it puts a space between the text. Try using <p> to see what i mean

Shinobi 10-09-2004 09:40 AM

these arent working lol

now my text is too big and i need to go to the same template to make the text smaller. as i would to space em.

O well ill try putting the childbit code in a table....

Shinobi 10-09-2004 09:57 AM

bah crap, crap, crap. Hey can any1 take a look at the forums on here and tell me what their missing?? Because of my layout the usual table border alt color scheme wont work :(
