Just to let the vb community know that I have released some vbulletin skins to the public and more will be added in the comming weeks. :) These skins are copys of the phpBB styles, and have been copyrighted by their authors, and I take no credit for them.

I will also add that there is a minimum amount of posts require for download ( 25 ) sorry about this but they took me a little while to do :)

Do you have permission from the authors to port their styles over to vbulletin?

of course ;) I know how fickled the vb community is :) even though most stuff released for phpBB is under the gpl license so u can do pretty much what u like to it as long as all original copyright remains. But all that asside Mikey from mTechnik was delighted with my proposal of converting and launching them cos it's a larger community advertising his site now :)

As long as you have approval from original authors, I'm not too fussed. :)

They're looking very nice too.

ahh I closed it because I was in the proccess of doing a custom design and wanted to test it live quickly but i'm kinda stupid cos I thought I reopened it but never lol

I got kinda annoyed cos all the skins I did where stolen from me and distributed on a number of other sites. :mad:

I will be creating more design ( orginal ) and giving these away for free to premium members on my new domain dedicated to vb styles.

unfortunatly no cos in my anger of seeing these styles for download on other peoples sites made me go kinda mad and deleted them there are copy's floating around ya just gotta search.

To be honest, I'll just pass. With everything I've been done so far with my sites, and over the years of being on the 'net, I've always tried to keep everything strictly on-the-level so to speak. In this case if you, as the skins creator & publisher, have removed the skins from public distribution and don't want them out there then I'll look around to see if something else catches my attention.

If you ever change your mind though let us know. :D

BoNfiRe, one thing that is confusing me is: you say that you are going to be making new skins and they will be released to premium members at your site... are these people that own vBulletin licenses? If they are not then the templates are either of no use to them or the people using them would be owning illegal copies of vBulletin.
