Communehost Server is DOWN
 
Hello


I cannot access SaintDog,this problem occured since 4-5 days.I know they are working...

But my many member is gone my web site,because our site is very popular and 13.000 member,200-300 online member.

Today communehost server down since 6-7 hours,many members mail me,and they wrote "our site is hack ???" I said no,but they are not beleive me :confused:

FTP is OK,mail is OK but http closed httpd deamon not working.....I cannot find saintdog....PM to vbulletin.com and mail to admin@communehost.com and admin@viperhost.com also send a ticket.....

Realy I'm very sorry but 500 users mail me for 1 hours....

Jon rarely comes to post here, have you tried checking viperhost.com? ive rarely seen jon let a server be down longer than it needs.

My site is on that host, but it seems to be up. I havn't seen Jon in a while, and it is starting to worry me..

I think yoursite is not same host,because your site is woring now\but my site and communehost.com down again......MySql problem.......

My cpanel report Server Load 4.84-5.43 and red sign again.If up to load level 3 my web is very slowly.

Also now Load again 13.41 (4 cpus)

I don't know why this problem still occured.

I cannot access 3 days,nobody answers my PM and helpdesk report.I' also mail to admin@viperhost.com

Anybody knows how can I contact him ?

I had a chance to talk with Jon for abit tonight, his grandmother passed away. Not that this really excuese him from avoding work, i just know how hard this can be as i lost both of mine in one year,

My communehost acount shows loads around 2 but is still getting along *ok* altho it has gotton slower lately.

I will attempt to contact him again because I need something turned on for my acount so I can install hivemail with pipe support.

Stil receive 1 mail for reason,but not enough.

Please cancel my 2 domain ! Becuse since 1 month my host another company.Today I received mail for new bill.I cannot accept it.

Please SaindDog cancel my domain and give back extra money.

Because 12 month prepaid I told.

Sorry this message,but realy I'm boring this problem.

Because maybe 10 ticket and 10 mail also PM,but only 1 message but not enough.

He is only human. Although I can see where you are coming from with not wanting to wait anymore, something in this life may be taking away his time to answer support. You will just have to be more patient, I'm afraid.

Please anybody help me ? How can I contact him (but not ticket,PM or message !!,because before many times try.

I cannot use that server but every month automaticly receive my credit card. I HATE THIS...

How can I contact him.......Only 1 person everything ? Sales,support and other ?

Realy I'm very very boring this problem.

I'm working in Siemens Company,if I cannot contact him,report this problem to Credit Card Center.

I'm realy sorry this message but every month paid money but not use that server...

Again I have not seen him for a long time, and while he is a admin here he has not logged in for a few months last a looked.

I have moved to a new company sense my first reply in this thread, and with all the stories im hearing from others that where hosted with viperhost I suggest you do the same.

I have (had) a number that i've never called so I don't know if it is vaild or not. I would inform your credit card company about the monthly charge in the mean time.

If I can find that number I have I will ring it for you.

My Credit Card Credit Transaction Cancelled from 2CheckOut.com and ViperHost L.L.C.

But....

1) 2 months already charge 19.95 x 2 US $ (I send many times not billed message to ViperHost, because I have money back guarantee for 30 days.)

2) turkeyforum.com domain prepaid 1 year and also 300GB extra bandwidth prepaid (300 US $). But I never use bandwidht and my webspace since 2 months.

Who can return my money ?

I wrote that reason many times support ticket,mail and PM....

Look, "turkeyforum" if you're having this much of a problem you need to cancel whatever payment you're using because it's pretty obvious you're not going to succeed in this issue of not paying.

It's been months now, so do some action on your part and cancel whatever billing option your using; Or tell your company you're using to refuse payment on the host.
