I can't download anything, it says I have no permission.

to download anything you need to hold a valid vB license, please go to http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php make sure that your email in that area maches the email you registered with here

I dont have a license and I download anything i want, mwhahaha lol

then some one has added you to their user area :P

some one must own a vaild license and then add your email to their support area to be able to download things, im only telling you want any moderater here will tell you, i think

Unless you are a valid license holder or someone enters your name under their license, then I'm sorry, but you will not be able to download from here. After all, what reason do you need the items here if you are not a valid license holder?

He may work on a site?

Other then that, really useless. Most admins don't allow others to install mods/hacks anyway.

I just verified about 8 times that my email matches the one on vb.com to make sure, and yet... I still can't download anything either.

You are not showing up as licensed. Make sure you are using the same case as the e-mail here.

I changed the email on "Maxim" to something else, then re-registered as Mordecai copying and pasting the exact email from vbulletin.com in the email field... yet I still can't download anything.

Open a support ticket at vBulletin.com, they will be able to sort it better then us. :)

Please, there has been some insecurity about the access to Licensed and Unlicensed infomation on sister sites. Do not give your license number to anyone, and nobody else will know your license number besides yourself. It's like a PIN number.

I've been able to download from vb.com and .org forever.. but ever since stuff changed here, it never has worked...

re-enter your email address ....... i couldn't d/l anything from here (but I could from vb.org) then i did that and it worked
